Cancellations, Reschedules, or Missed Appointments:
Within 12 to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment: $20 fee
Within 2 hours before the scheduled appointment: $50 fee
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in; however, we cannot guarantee you will be seen, as we must respect the appointment times of patients arriving after you.
We understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you.
